The normal arrival time starts at 3:00 pm. If your room is ready before then, you can, of course, check in earlier. If you’ll be arriving late in the evening or after midnight, that's no problem, either.

We are on site for you every day between 6 a.m. and midnight. After midnight, access to the hotel is secured with a code. The code for the main entrance door will be provided at least one day before your arrival. If you would like to check in after midnight, there is a self-service machine available. It is located in the foyer behind the main entrance door. Please have your booking number or the QR code from our confirmation email ready to start the check-in process. If you have chosen the option to pay for your hotel stay on site, you will also need a valid credit card or PayPal account. The check-in process is short and intuitive. However, should you have any difficulties with the operation or should a technical problem occur, we are available by phone around the clock. The phone number for 24/7 support is displayed in the entrance area of the hotel and at the self-service machine.

You’re welcome to continue using your room until noon on the day of your departure. If you need to stay a bit longer, your check-out time can be extended to 2:00 pm for a fee of €20.

Yes. We’ll be happy to provide you with a travel cot for your baby or small child free of charge; please contact us about this in advance.

Most of our single and double rooms are equipped with a kitchenette. You’re welcome to use the refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and cups free of charge. If you need other utensils such as pots or pans, these are available for €5 per day (an additional cleaning fee). Please note that this cleaning fee will also apply if you use your own cooking utensils. Maisonette junior suites are not equipped with kitchenettes.

No. There is, however, a vending machine in the lobby where you can purchase snacks and drinks at any time of day. A bottle of mineral water will also be provided in your room at no charge.

From the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), it takes just a few minutes to walk to the hotel. We're located around 300 meters north of the station’s Arnulfstraße exit.

After landing at Munich Airport, you’ll want to take the S-Bahn (line 1 or 8) or the Lufthansa Shuttle Bus to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). Alternatively, a taxi or Uber from the airport to the hotel will cost around €80.
